Core Features & Product Advantages
Intelligent Touch Screen System: Features a vivid digital display showcasing real-time water temperature, current ambient temperature, and live water flow rate.
Smart Wi-Fi Remote Control: Fully compatible with Android and iOS through the Tuya Smart or Smart Life apps, allowing users to adjust temperatures, view parameters, and configure scheduled timing switches remotely.
Built-In Dual Hidden Filters: Features an advanced dual-stage filtration layout (a large filter element on top and a small secondary internal filter) that stabilizes water flow while keeping the external machine profile sleek and concise.
Active Ozone Disinfection: Programmed via the touch screen to activate automatically for 0–5 minutes during regular runtime intervals, delivering chemical-free water purification.
Automated Fault Detection: Built-in diagnostic safety loops monitor flow restriction or air locking, triggering immediate on-screen troubleshooting guidelines if an anomaly occurs.
Quick Reference Cooling Performance
Tested under laboratory conditions at a 22°C ambient temperature:
200L Water Volume: Lowers temperature from 23°C to 10°C in 1.2 Hours (down to 5°C in 1.8 hours).
300L Water Volume: Lowers temperature from 23°C to 10°C in 1.9 Hours (down to 5°C in 2.8 hours).
400L Water Volume: Lowers temperature from 23°C to 10°C in 2.5 Hours (down to 5°C in 3.9 hours).
First-Time Startup & Air Bleeding Guide
Important: To prevent water flow faults on initial startup, the air trapped inside the pipelines and chiller chamber must be completely purged using one of these layout methods from user manual water chiller:
Standard Tub Layout (Plumbed Inlets/Outlets): Keep the tub’s upper water inlet above the current waterline. This lets internal air vent naturally out of the system so the internal pump primes successfully.
Submerged Air Lock Fix: If the tub’s return port sits below the water level, air may get trapped. Simply unscrew the top filter cup cover to let the trapped air vent out. Once water naturally fills up to the top of the internal cup lip, firmly tighten the cover back down.
Standalone Tubs (Hose Over Rim / Self-Priming): If using a tub without integrated wall ports, place the suction hose at least 10 cm below the water line. If using a model without an integrated self-priming function, open the top filter cup cover, manually pour 500–1000 ml of water directly into the chamber to prime it, and seal it completely before powering it on.
Essential Safety & Maintenance Checklist
Ventilation Clearance: Always leave more than 100 cm of open space around all ventilation grilles of the chiller during operation to prevent overheating. Never operate inside an unventilated storage closet.
Electrical Safeguards: Ensure the local circuit matches the unit’s voltage requirement and is properly grounded. Manually test the Residual Current Device (RCD) switch once a month by hitting the “TEST” button to ensure it automatically trips to the “O” (Off) position.
Bather Safety Recommendation: While the chiller meets strict industrial safety qualifications, it is highly recommended to turn off the power source completely while enjoying your cold therapy session.
Regular Filter Upkeep: Clean the internal small mesh filter and replace the main large filter element every 2 weeks to protect the internal compressor and prevent flow drops.
Freezing Mitigation: If operating or storing the unit in environments dropping below 0°C (32°F), completely unscrew the drain outlet cover at the bottom rear of the machine to empty all remaining internal water volume to prevent expansion damage.
